Refund Policy

Due to the custom pre-designed nature of these services, a few points must follow to claim for refunds on any design order. Paulo Silva works are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received,
  • damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received),
  • or in the even that the order was erroneously process such as an error was made on the size of the product or color/style, compared to the original recorded order.

We invest wholeheartedly in our client support both in the nature of our prints and in the productivity with which we process orders. Be that as it may, if under any circumstance you are not happy with the nature of your request or satisfied with the quality of your order don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to describe the imperfection(s).
