São Miguel is an island governed by immediate microclimates. Because of my extensive experience and deep familiarity with the island’s topography, our daily itinerary will remain entirely fluid and dynamic. I will actively pivot us across the mountain ridges, from north to south, west to east, adapting to the wind, the clouds, and the tides. This guarantees that you are always positioned at the right spot at the exact moment the light breaks.

Relatively easy but good footwear needed. Most locations and viewpoints are close to where we will be parked. There may be some walking on uneven terrain which could be wet and muddy, and some locations are hilly. Good sturdy, water resistant boots are advised.
Best place to fly to is Ponta Delgada Airport. If coming from the UK or within Europe, check for flights at Easyjet or Wizz Air or Ryanair.
